6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch physical products within the estimated timelines mentioned on our website.
However, delivery times may vary due to logistics or unforeseen delays.
Kinnect is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.

Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

For cancellation requests within the allowed period, please email [email protected] with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Kinnect reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.

8. Refunds and Returns

Due to the educational and limited-edition nature of our products:

a) Physical boxes and kits are non-returnable once opened or used.

b) Digital products and courses are non-refundable once access is granted.
c) Refunds are issued only in case of defective or damaged items upon delivery, subject to verification.
